Palo Santo Cointreau
This is a delicious combination of Cointreau and palo santo, a sacred tree native to South America. You can add it to classic cocktails, such as a margarita or a sidecar. It works with any drink that asks for Cointreau, really. Infuse anywhere between 4-12 hours, depending on the desired intensity. You can make it with Triple Sec instead of Cointreau.
Place <quantity>3</quantity> palo santo sticks and <quantity>700<unit>ml</unit></quantity> Cointreau in a sealable jar. Close the jar
Let it rest at room temperature for 4h to infuse. The palo santo Cointreau is ready
