Parsley Intingolo is an easy oil and seasoning that you should definitely have at home!
This seasoning is perfect for salads, steaks, or cold cuts such as tongue or carpaccio. It also combines very well on top of grilled toasts and scrambled eggs!
The better the oil, the nicer the flavor.
Since when I was young we used to eat beef tongue with this parsley condiment at Christmas.
Add 1½ cup of picked parsley and 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil to a blender
Add 1 peeled garlic clove
Blend on high speed until smooth
Add salt to taste and blend to combine
The Parsley Intingolo is ready
