Passion Fruit Syrup
This is a very easy, tasty, and versatile syrup to use in desserts or drinks.
Passion fruit is a tropical delicacy, but was introduced to Europe in the 17th century. It has grown increasingly in popularity throughout the western world and can be readily found in candies, pastries, and in grocery store produce sections.
Add 350 g passion fruit pulp to a pot
Add 100 ml of water
Add 150 g of palm sugar
Simmer on low heat until the mixture thickens and the temperature reaches 116 °C
Remove from the heat. The Passion Fruit Syrup is ready
