Peanut Milk Iced Latte
A vegan version of iced latte, perfect for those who don't like sweetened coffee. Fresh and delicious, this recipe will be the highlight of your brunch! We used filtered coffee, but you can use any coffee brewing method of your preference. And, if you prefer it a little bit sweet, whisk your chosen sweetener very well with the peanut milk before adding it to the coffee.
Add <quantity>4<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of peanut butter and <quantity>3<unit>cups</unit></quantity> of lukewarm water to a blender
Blend on high speed until smooth
Transfer to a glass bottle with a lid. The peanut milk is ready
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of vanilla extract to a tall glass filled with ice cubes
Add <quantity>150<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of filtered coffee. If the coffee is too hot, add more ice
Add <quantity>50<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the Peanut Milk. The vegan iced latte is ready
