This is a summertime negroni, where the gin was swapped for two rums, and two vermouths are used. The result is a complex and compelling summer sipper, perfect as a pre-prandial conversation starter.
Add <quantity>2</quantity> drops of tiki bitters and <quantity>½<unit>oz</unit></quantity> of dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker
Add <quantity>½<unit>oz</unit></quantity> of sweet vermouth
Add <quantity>½<unit>oz</unit></quantity> of Jamaican rum and <quantity>¾<unit>oz</unit></quantity> of Campari
Add <quantity>½<unit>oz</unit></quantity> of pineapple rum and <quantity>1<unit>bar spoon</unit></quantity> of falernum
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes and stir to mix and cool
Strain into a glass with <quantity>1</quantity> clear ice
Peel <quantity>1</quantity> lime. Express the peel and rub it against the edge of the glass
