Pineapple Iced Coffee

Weigh 20g of medium-dark roast coffee beans and grind to a medium-fine powder
Pour the ground coffee into a preheated AeroPress
Add 100ml of hot water and mix. Add another 50ml of hot water
Close the AeroPress and let it steep for 1m
Place a cup underneath the AeroPress filter and press to extract the coffee into the cup
Add 4 medium ice cubes and 60ml of pineapple juice
Lightly burn the tip of 1 cinnamon stick and place the burnt side in the coffee
The pineapple iced coffee is ready! Enjoy!
