Plum Cooler
This cocktail is a bright and refreshing with a burst of citrus. The perfect summer afternoon cocktail!
Peel <quantity>2</quantity> bergamot to obtain <quantity>50<unit>g</unit></quantity> of bergamot rind
Transfer bergamot rind to a glass jar
Add <quantity>75<unit>g</unit></quantity> of sugar
Add <quantity>500<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of vodka
Stir until sugar dissolves
Cover and infuse 24h to extract bergamot aroma
Strain into glass bottle. The Bergamot Liqueur is ready
Add <quantity>30<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the The Plum, I suppose into a highball glass
Add <quantity>10<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of bergamot liqueur
Add <quantity>10<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of dry vermouth
Add <quantity>½<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of orange bitters
Add <quantity>3</quantity> clear ice cubes. Stir until liquids are chilled
Add <quantity>70<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of tonic water. Stir to combine
Peel <quantity>1</quantity> orange
Squeeze and rub peel around glass
