Ponzu sauce is a very versatile Japanese sauce! In this version, we make it with lemon, lime, and soy sauce.
It is extremely easy to make and can be used for a variety of things, such as marinades, dipping sauces, salad dressings, and condiments. Overall, ponzu is a great sauce to add flavor and complexity to many dishes.
Add ½ cup of soy sauce to a bowl
Add the peels of ½ lemon and ½ lime
Add the juices from the lemon and lime halves
Mix well and cover with cling film. Let it sit for 4h to infuse flavors. The ponzu sauce is ready
