Potato Pancakes

Golden and crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. These fried potato pancakes are the perfect accompaniment for your next stew or as a snack on their own!
Potato pancakes are another classic of Polish cuisine. They are often served with stews and sauces, and you can also find them served with sugar and sour cream. I love them freshly fried with a little salt.
