This is how you can make delicious and consistent coffee at home.
Weigh <quantity>16<unit>g</unit></quantity> of coffee beans
Grind the coffee beans to a medium-fine powder
Set a coffee filter in a coffee dripper and evenly wet it with hot water
Discard the excess water and place the ground coffee in the filter
Heat <quantity>210<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of water to <temperature>94-96<unit>°C</unit></temperature>. Pour <quantity>60<unit>ml</unit></quantity> to wet the coffee. Pour another <quantity>50<unit>ml</unit></quantity>. Let it drip for 1m
Pour the remaining water. Tap the coffee dripper to accelerate the process
Once coffee has dripped through, remove the coffee dripper and enjoy!
