Pour Over Filter Coffee Brewing
This is how you can make delicious and consistent coffee at home.
Weigh 16 g of coffee beans
Grind the coffee beans to a medium-fine powder
Set a coffee filter in a coffee dripper and evenly wet it with hot water
Discard the excess water and place the ground coffee in the filter
Heat 210 ml of water to 94-96 °C. Pour 60 ml to wet the coffee. Pour another 50 ml . Let it drip for 1m
Pour the remaining water. Tap the coffee dripper to accelerate the process
Once coffee has dripped through, remove the coffee dripper and enjoy!
