Weigh 16g of coffee beans
Grind the coffee beans to a medium-fine powder
Set a coffee filter in a coffee dripper and evenly wet it with hot water
Discard the excess water and place the ground coffee in the filter
Heat 210ml of water to 94-96°C. Pour 60ml to wet the coffee. Pour another 50ml. Let it drip for 1m
Pour the remaining water. Tap the coffee dripper to accelerate the process
Once coffee has dripped through, remove the coffee dripper and enjoy!
