These preserved rose petals with sugar are the perfect filling for doughnuts or bread!
This recipe is also great for finishing pies and cakes, giving them an aromatic touch.

Remove the petals from 200g of mixed roses
Grind the petals with 200g of sugar, little by little, in a mortar and pestle, until a paste is formed
Transfer the paste to a clean container and store in the refrigerator. The preserved rose petals are ready. Enjoy!
