Quinoa à la Grecque
"Greek Style" Quinoa Salad. A perfect lunch, side dish or fitting for a buffet. This version of Quinoa Salad is healthy, fresh and tasty.
Chop <quantity>¼<unit>bunch</unit></quantity> of coriander leaf
Chop <quantity>½<unit>bunch</unit></quantity> of mint
Slice <quantity>2<unit>cups</unit></quantity> of cherry tomatoes in half
Dice <quantity>¼</quantity> of a red onion
Remove the pits from <quantity>12</quantity> kalamata olives
Transfer <quantity>2<unit>cups</unit></quantity> of cooked quinoa to a bowl
Rinse <quantity>1½<unit>cups</unit></quantity> of canned chickpeas and add to quinoa
Add diced red onions and olives
Add sliced cherry tomatoes
Add chopped coriander and mint
Crumble <quantity>½<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of feta cheese
Add <quantity>¼<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of olive oil
Add salt to taste
Mix the ingredients
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy on it's own or with a main dish of barbecued meat!
