Rosemary & Garlic Oil
An herbal and delicious oil to easily add lots of flavor to your recipes!
Heat <quantity>1½<unit>cups</unit></quantity> of vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat for about 5m or until it reaches <temperature>180<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Smash <quantity>5</quantity> garlic cloves with the side of a knife
Add the garlic and <quantity>1<unit>bunch</unit></quantity> of rosemary to a bowl
Pour the hot oil over the rosemary and garlic. Let it infuse until it is cool
Sieve the oil
Store the oil refrigerated in a lidded container with a garlic clove and some sprigs of rosemary and consume within 7 days The rosemary and garlic oil is ready
