Sage Butter
This is a simple butter, flavored with sage leaves.
Melt <quantity>100<unit>g</unit></quantity> of butter in a pot over low heat
Add <quantity>15<unit>leaves</unit></quantity> of sage. Fry them until crispy. Remove from heat. The Sage Butter is ready
