Salsa Tatemada

Turn the burners of your stove to high and char <quantity>6</quantity> tomatoes, turning them to toast all sides
Remove the tomatoes and char <quantity>1</quantity> onion, <quantity>2</quantity> jalapeño peppers and <quantity>6</quantity> garlic cloves
Remove the charred vegetables and place on a plate
Transfer to a blender, removing the stems from the jalapeños
Add <quantity>¼<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of water and blend untill smooth
Add <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of vegetable oil to a small pot over medium heat and add the blended tomato mixture
Add salt to taste and stir to combine
Cook it for 15m, stirring occasionally
Chop <quantity>¼<unit>bunch</unit></quantity> of coriander, add to the sauce and stirring to combine. The salsa tatemada is ready
