Cut <quantity>7</quantity> green tomatoes in half
Cut <quantity>¼</quantity> of an onion in half
Cut <quantity>1</quantity> serrano pepper in half
Add <quantity>½<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of fresh coriander
Add all the ingredients into a blender
Add salt to taste. Blend to until barely broken down and still chunky
Add additional salt as needed. The salsa verde cruda is ready
