Salsa Verde Cruda
This Salsa Verde Cruda brings freshness and brightness to heavier dishes such as meats, poultry, pork and fried doughs.
Cut 7 green tomatoes in half
Cut ¼ of an onion in half
Cut 1 serrano pepper in half
Add ½cup of fresh coriander
Add all the ingredients into a blender
Add salt to taste. Blend to until barely broken down and still chunky
Add additional salt as needed. The salsa verde cruda is ready
Enjoy it in a tostada or with tacos!
