These seasoned mushrooms are delicious and work perfect on toasts, salads, and even on sandwiches. You can use any kind of mushroom and good quality vinegar of your choice.
Remember to use a paper towel to clean the mushrooms, removing all the excess dirt, since the they will be eaten raw.
Quarter 100 g of white button mushrooms
Season with chopped parsley and salt to taste
Add 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar and 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Mix until everything is combined. The seasoned mushrooms are ready
Enjoy garnishing them with more chopped parsley on top! You can put these on a sandwich or eat them as they are!
