Smoked Yogurt
A good way to add a subtle smoke flavor to your dishes! The Smoke Yogurt is super versatile and can be used as a topping, a dip or a spread on some crackers or raw vegetables.
Add <quantity>2<unit>cups</unit></quantity> of yogurt to a heat-resistant bowl
Place a handful of hay in a pot and set on fire with a kitchen torch
Place the bowl with yogurt over the burning hay and cover with the lid
Leave the yogurt in the pot for 30m until completely smoked
Remove the bowl from the pot and whisk the yogurt to fully distribute the flavor. The smoked yogurt is ready
