Add <quantity>160<unit>g</unit></quantity> of raisins and mix on medium speed just until combined

Line a bread pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Evenly spread the batter against the edges

Bake for 45m until golden brown. Check for doneness with a tester or a knife. The tester should come out clean when the cake is ready

Let the cake cool for 30m to finish cooking before removing it from the pan. The spice cake is ready
