This is a quick and easy syrup to use in your summer cocktails.
Using syrups as a sweetening agents in mixed beverage has been a staple for ages. Adding flavors to those syrups was a once limited by what could be sourced locally. These days, the sky is the limit.
Add 200 g of strawberries to a blender
Add 300 ml of water
Add 500 g of sugar
Blend for 10 seconds on medium-high speed
Strain the liquid
Pour in a bottle. The strawberry syrup is ready
