Bake the sunflower seeds for 14m until golden brown, tossing them midway through. Let the seeds cool down
Transfer the sunflower seeds to a tall container and add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of dijon mustard
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of honey and <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of vegetable oil
Add <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of sherry vinegar and salt to taste
Add <quantity>3<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of extra virgin olive oil and mix it with a hand blender until a spreadable paste is formed. It should have some texture, so be careful not to over mix it
