Umami rich, sweet and sour with a bit of heat. A versatile condiment for fried chicken and similar dishes!
A spicy Korean-inspired "Gochujang" sauce; rich, flavourful and easy to make.
Add 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce to bowl
Add 4 tbsp of ketchup
Add 2 tbsp of sambal oelek sauce
Add 1 tsp of toasted sesame oil
Add 3 tbsp of honey
Add 2 tbsp of palm sugar
Add 2 stalks of minced coriander with root
Add 1 tbsp of minced ginger
Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic
Add 1 tbsp of gochugaru pepper
Whisk to combine
Transfer to a pot on medium heat and cook for 5m to dissolve the sugar. The Sweet Chili Sauce is ready
