Chop <quantity>5</quantity> cherry tomatoes
Trim and peel <quantity>1</quantity> garlic clove
Cut <quantity>1<unit>slice</unit></quantity> of sourdough bread
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil to taste on a frying pan and let it heat. Grill one side of the bread slice until crispy and golden brown
Rub the garlic clove against the bread slice, coating it evenly
Arrange the cherry tomatoes on top of the bread
