Touch is a thirst-quenching scotch and soda cocktail with notes of rhubarb, light baking spice, and bitter orange. It pairs well with grilled meats, nuts, and different types of cheese like aged cheddar or gouda.
Bring <quantity>½<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of water to a boil in a small pot
Add <quantity>10<unit>g</unit></quantity> of citric acid powder and stir to dissolve
Let it cool and store it in a glass bottle. The citric acid solution is ready
Add <quantity>2<unit>dashes</unit></quantity> of the citric acid solution and <quantity>1<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of rhubarb liqueur into a wine glass
Add <quantity>1<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> of Cocchi Americano Bianco and <quantity>¼<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> of Old Tom Gin
Add <quantity>¾<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> of scotch whisky. Fill the glass with ice
Top with approximately <quantity>4<unit>fl oz</unit></quantity> of club soda
Peel a grapefruit twist and express it over the cocktail. Garnish the glass with it. The touch is ready
