
Two-Minute Mayonnaise

A simple mayonnaise recipe, with minimal clean-up. It only takes two minutes!
Making your own mayonnaise is really easy and fun to do! Once you have made the mayonnaise base, there are so many other recipes, sauces and dressings that you can make with it. So try this one out!
Add 1 egg and 4 egg yolks to a tall container
Add 1 tbsp of dijon mustard, ½ tbsp of whole grain mustard and 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
Add salt and ground black pepper to taste
Add the juice of ½ lemon
Add 400 ml of vegetable oil in a thin stream while blending until emulsified. The two-minute mayonnaise is ready
Enjoy it with your favorite dish or use it as a base of other recipes, sauces and dressings!
