A creamy Japanese dressing to use for any salad. This recipe is also great with thinly sliced cabbage for a quick coleslaw side dish.

Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to a mixing bowl
Add 3 tbsp of rice wine vinegar and 1 tbsp of shirodashi
Mix to combine
Add 1 tsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of dijon mustard
Add ½ tsp of togarashi and ½ tsp of black pepper. Mix to combine
Add the juice of ½ lime and mix to combine
Add salt to taste and whisk to combine. The wafu dressing is ready
