Roger Ubach Bolde
My name is Roger Ubach Bolde and I am a vegan & gluten free chef from Barcelona. I work exclusively with an ethical and conscious line, using seasonal products that are plant-based. Recently I started to work with gluten-free recipes to be more inclusive. I often avoid flour and carbohydrates. In my cooking, you will notice an Asian and Mediterranean influence using fresh, light, cold, raw, lots of citrus, floral, and herbal ingredients. I have been traveling and educating myself in different parts of the world. I have been fortunate to participate in different culinary projects leading kitchens in India, the Philippines, the Caribbean Islands and the United States, among others. I returned home in 2022, and since then I have been involved in different culinary projects with my own brand on Instagram @nope.chef. One of the projects I lead in Barcelona is Restaurant Greta, where we are exclusively offering signature vegan and gluten-free tapas with complex executions, modern and beautiful presentations and very tasty results.
