Shaun Searley has been the Executive Chef of The Quality Chop House for just over ten years now and showcases some of the best produce from across the UK. Ingredients are, of course, an integral part of the restaurant's ethos, and changing the menu frequently allows it to stay fresh and exciting, along with being hyper seasonal. He also has a passion for road cycling and marathon running.
