My name is Shpresa Bacelli. I am 58 years old and live in Voskopojë, Albania. I have been working as a cook at my family restaurant, Bacelli Voskopoje, for 20 years. During my work as a cook, I was able to adapt to the traditional food of the Voskopojë region. Seeing that there are foreign and local customers who like their food as original as possible, I have tried to preserve the tradition of the area.
