The American Pie Company opened in 2015 Copenhagen, Denmark by a Denmark-loving American, Erin Chapman, and an America-loving Dane, Dorte Prip, who wanted to create a "home away from home" through the magic of pie. We specialize in both sweet and salty pies, and have always made our pies from scratch with simple quality ingredients. We've established ourselves as the pie experts of Denmark, and our recipes are based on authentic old-school American favorites and seasonal specialties.
