Thomas Troisgros

The fourth generation of the Troisgros family, Thomas graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. He went through kitchens such as Mugaritz, Arzak, D.O.M., as well as the houses of Chef Daniel Boulud. He won a Michelin star when he was in Rio working as a Chef at Olympe, and saw his restaurant enter the list of the 100 best restaurants in the world by "The Restaurant" and the "Latin America 50 Best Restaurants". Today he runs three establishments in Rio de Janeiro—CT Brasserie, CT Boucherie, and Le Blond—and two in São Paulo—Chez Claude and CT Boucherie—, both in Quartier Troisgros, a complex that also includes a bar. In addition, he is a partner of the T.T. Group, which includes one of the most awarded hamburgers in the country, T.T. Burger, and three other brands: Três Gordos, Tom Ticken, and Marola.
