Urim Jace

Urim Jace was born in Permet, Albania. After graduating, he worked at the Tourism Department of Permet as Chef and, in 1998, he decided to open a slow food restaurant in Permet called Antigonea. He has been working as a cook for over 36 years, and during all these years, he has always tried to bring the best taste of the organic food from local farmers. In all the competitions to which he is invited, Urim strives to show how rich and full of amazing flavors Albanian kitchens are.
