
Yui Fukami
Yui was born in Osaka and currently lives in Berlin, where she founded Fukamidori. She makes vegan and gluten-free homemade daifuku mochi, and also runs workshops to teach people how to make them.
She is passionate about sharing her plant-based recipes made with different types of beans and seasonal fresh fruits. Her wagashi (Japanese confectionery) are healthy and offer plenty of different textures that everyone can enjoy.
