Place 2.5ml of pastis and 20ml of Pedro Ximénez sherry in a mixing glass
Add 40ml of single malt whisky and fill the glass with ice cubes. Stir vigorously for 15s
Strain with a Hawthorne strainer directly into a chilled coupe
Make a coin with a lemon peel
Squeeze the oil from the lemon over the cocktail and add the peel to the drink. The rapscallion is ready
