When in high school, Carolina made all her friends' birthday cakes for their birthday parties. Before applying to university, she tried different jobs and her father always thought that culinary school was not a good choice, but today he loves and supports her decision. Born in 1993, she started her career in 2012 as a waitress in a Japanese restaurant. After washing a lot of dishes, Carolina decided to go to culinary school, specializing in pastries and chocolate. In 2017, she opened her own business to make chocolate bonbons. In addition to her chocolate shop, she has also worked as a pastry chef in a restaurant in Santos.
