Henrique Rossanelli

Henrique Rossanelli is a pastry chef and pastry teacher. He was a finalist for Pastry Chef of the Year according to the magazine Prazeres da Mesa for two consecutive times. His desserts were voted best in the city by the jury of the magazine Época in 2018. He was also named Pastry Chef of the Year by the magazine Veja Comer & Beber in 2019. He has worked with pastry chef Lucas Corazza and has been in charge of the pastry department at the restaurants Oro and Pipo owned by chef Felipe Bronze. In 2019, he joined Lúcio Vieira's team and became responsible for the sugary side of the restaurants Lília, Lília Café, and Be+Co, making their desserts among the best in the city. Currently, he is the head pastry chef at Absurda Confeitaria, which was voted the best confectionery in Brazil by the magazine Prazeres da Mesa in 2023.
