Lie Miura

My name is Lie, I'm 27 years old, I was born and raised in the city of José Bonifácio, in the interior of São Paulo. I came to the capital of São Paulo 10 years ago to study fashion design, and today I'm a cook with a degree in gastronomy. I'm of Japanese descent and was greatly influenced by my grandmother's aunt, who cooked very well and always served us a full table of food. At home, I was always brought up with this mixture of Brazilian and Japanese cultures, from the language and certainly the food too. When I think of a bountiful table, the image of a mixture of Japanese and local dishes comes to mind.
