Luca Ferrari

Italian of origin, now head Chef at Stokkoya Strandhotell in Norway after experience for Ducasse (south France and Paris), and at Credo. With an interest since young age in Biology marine, here at Strandbaren I can put togheter my two biggest passions Kitchen and sea. When I am cooking I love to make the ingredients shine, their flavours and their qualities, throwing the least possible. I deeply love grilling and open fire, with all the flavours that this gives to the food. Simplicity, bringing together all the knowledge acquainted during my years around Europe. My dream is to transmit all what I have learnt and got from the people I have met.
