Nazareno Mayol

Nazareno Mayol was born and raised in Uruguay. At the age of 17, he left his hometown to travel and work in restaurants around the world. After working in iconic restaurants such as Astrid y Gaston and Mirazur, and with renowned chefs like David Toutain and Michel Bras, Mayol finally decided to settle in Paris, where he is currently living and working.
