Nike is a Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef and Master baker from Germany, with eight years of experience in the fine dining industry, including numerous Michelin-starred restaurants. She recently relocated to Cape Town, South Africa, where she plans to start her own pastry business. Nike believes in mastering the fundamentals of french pastry and is obsessed with giving you the best of flavor, technique, and texture in her bakes. She prefers to keep her choice of aromas somewhat simple to really let each ingredient shine. Less is, after all, always more.
