Piotr Ciemny comes from Poland. loves wild nature, wild herbs, fermentation and everything related to it. He wrote a book that describes how to use wild herbs in the kitchen, the second part of it in spring 2022. He worked in star restaurants in Copenhagen as Alchemist and 108 Copenhagen. Now he wants to pass it on to others, what he has learned through his years of career and passion. Wild herbs and cooking.
