Cinnamon Butter
A delicious butter that we use in our cinnamon cruffin. It can be used as a substitute for butter and sugar in baked goods or just as a spread on bread. In other words, a great condiment to have in your pantry. You can adapt the flavors to your liking by substituting some of the ingredients, such as using cardamom instead of cinnamon, lemon zest instead of coffee grounds, and coarse salt instead of salt.
