Place a AeroPress paper filter in the filter cap and rinse with <quantity>50<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the hot water

If you have a coffee grinder, grind your coffee to a medium grind to obtain <quantity>18<unit>g</unit></quantity> of ground coffee. You can also ask your favorite coffee roastery to grind the coffee for you

Twist the filter cap onto the chamber and place it over a jug or mug

Add the ground coffee to the chamber

Add <quantity>150<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the hot water and stir

Add the remaining <quantity>100<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the hot water and stir

Insert the plunger and apply gentle and constant pressure to extract the coffee

The AeroPress coffee is ready
