Bacon Oil is a very simple recipe that consists on flavorizing a vegetable oil. After it is done, the oil has multiple uses, such as replacing regular vegetable oil when grilling vegetables or toasting bread, using on a vinaigrette, or even drizzling on top of some scrambled eggs.
You can keep the bacon pieces in it for some texture and a more intense flavor, or you can strain it if you want a lighter oil.
Small dice 200 g of smoked bacon
Place the diced bacon on a pan over low heat, and add ¾ cup of vegetable oil
Cook until the bacon is completely caramelized. The bacon oil is ready
