Baked Potatoes
If you like bonfire potatoes, from which the burnt skin comes off the potato, then this recipe is for you! You can make them easily without using fire and without boiling the potatoes beforehand. These Baked Potatoes are perfect to use with your favorite toppings, from sour cream to bacon, or to pair with grilled meats and salads!
Wash <quantity>1<unit>kg</unit></quantity> of potatoes in cold water and place them on a bowl
Add <quantity>¾<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of wheat flour and <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of salt to a bowl, and mix it
Preheat the oven to <temperature>190<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Sprinkle the flour and salt mixture over the potatoes, tossing to cover them thoroughly
Spread the potatoes over a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Bake the potatoes for 40m until tender
Remove the potatoes from the baking tray, and slice halfway down through them
Finish opening the potatoes by hand, keeping the bottom part intact, and season with salt to taste. The baked potatoes are ready
