The spiciness and anise notes of this cordial come out super nicely and are a great addition to different drinks.
A super easy and versatile base to spice up any cocktail!
Place 150 g of sugar in a jar. Add 35 g of basil leaves
Add 12 g of citric acid powder and ยฝ tsp of ascorbic acid
Add 500 ml of water
Mix with a hand blender until the sugar is completely dissolved
Strain through a sieve
Pass the cordial through a cheesecloth or a kitchen towel. The basil cordial is ready
Add an herbal punch to your drinks. Enjoy!
