A jam with a sweet and sour ratio that allows applications in both sweet and savory recipes. Here you can substitute most fruits or use frozen berries. It might take a little adjustment of the sugar levels based on the fruit. Try saving up any fruit that might be on its way out and freeze it. When there's enough you can make a batch of mixed fruit jam using this recipe as a starting point.
Add 375 g of blueberries to a saucepan on medium heat
Add 25 ml of white vinegar
Add 75 g of sugar. Stir to combine
Cook for 10m until reaching a jam consistency. Stir occasionally
Transfer to a dish. Let cool to room temperature
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use
