Boston Sour
A cocktail beloved by many. Here is our recipe for the classic Whiskey Sour with egg white.
Add <quantity>60<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of bourbon and <quantity>15<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of simple syrup to a cocktail shaker
Add <quantity>30<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of lemon juice
Add <quantity>1</quantity> egg white
Add <quantity>1<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of ice cubes and shake the cocktail shaker
Drain, moving the liquid continuously to form a foam
Transfer to a chilled coupe glass
Squeeze and rub a lemon peel over the rim of the glass. Flame the oils. The whiskey sour is ready
