A cocktail beloved by many. Here is our recipe for the classic Whiskey Sour with egg white.
Add 60 ml of bourbon and 15 ml of simple syrup to a cocktail shaker
Add 30 ml of lemon juice
Add 1 egg white
Add 1 cup of ice cubes and shake the cocktail shaker
Drain, moving the liquid continuously to form a foam
Transfer to a chilled coupe glass
Squeeze and rub a lemon peel over the rim of the glass. Flame the oils. The whiskey sour is ready
