Brown Butter Foam
Brown butter is a type of butter that is made by heating unsalted butter until the milk solids caramelize and turn brown. This process gives it a rich nutty flavor. When emulsified with heavy cream and aerated in a whipped cream dispenser, it becomes a foamy nutty heaven. It can then be used to add texture to dishes with grilled vegetables or meats.
