Brownie
This is the brownie recipe you have been looking for! Chewy, and sooo good! And the best thing: it's so easy to make that everyone will succeed! Indulge and enjoy it with some good company, or devour them just by yourself!
Preheat the oven to <temperature>160<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Add <quantity>200<unit>g</unit></quantity> of white sugar and <quantity>100<unit>g</unit></quantity> of butter to a saucepan
Warm the butter and the sugar over low/medium heat until the butter melts
Remove from the heat and add <quantity>200<unit>g</unit></quantity> of 50% chocolate. Let it melt into the mixture
Crack <quantity>3</quantity> eggs and add them to the mixture, one by one. Whisk between each egg
Add <quantity>75<unit>g</unit></quantity> of all-purpose flour, <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of cocoa powder, <quantity>¼<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of baking powder and <quantity>5<unit>g</unit></quantity> of salt. Mix to get a smooth batter
Cover a <quantity>20<unit>cm</unit></quantity> x <quantity>20<unit>cm</unit></quantity> baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter in it. Spread the batter with a spatula. Bake for 30m until it develops a deep brown crust along the edges
Remove from the oven and let it cool down before cutting it into eight pieces. The brownie is ready
Sprinkle some powdered sugar. Enjoy it with a good cup of coffee!
