Preheat the oven to 160°C
Add 200g of white sugar and 100g of butter to a saucepan
Warm the butter and the sugar over low/medium heat until the butter melts
Remove from the heat and add 200g of 50% chocolate. Let it melt into the mixture
Crack 3 eggs and add them to the mixture, one by one. Whisk between each egg
Add 75g of all-purpose flour, 2tbsp of cocoa powder, ¼tsp of baking powder and 5g of salt. Mix to get a smooth batter
Cover a 20cm x 20cm baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter in it. Spread the batter with a spatula. Bake for 30m until it develops a deep brown crust along the edges
Remove from the oven and let it cool down before cutting it into eight pieces. The brownie is ready
Sprinkle some powdered sugar. Enjoy it with a good cup of coffee!
